The one who gave me life and brought me to this world
I was the first one, i was her first pearl
It was a simpler time, when love was dear
Even after the divorce, your warmth was near
As time moved on, and the nest became crowded
Your heart was pure, your instinct never doubted
We've gone through bumps in the road, through thick and thin
If we had a chance, we would probably do it all again.
Now we're far away, the distance keeping us apart
But our souls are connected, the gateway is our heart
I wish we could all be together to celebrate and say
"I love you so much and have a happy mother's day"

This is to the one who's cared for me all these years

We all had our struggles, we all had our fights
